Project Engineer/Site Engineer - Construction Supervision (สัญญาจ้าง)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee and manage multiple subcontractors across various construction projects.
• Ensure quality control in compliance with engineering standards and customer requirements.
• Verify that construction activities adhere to technical specifications and relevant legal regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement necessary adjustments.
• Control project costs and ensure budget adherence.
• Inspect and evaluate subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contracts and project standards.
• Monitor and control the procurement, distribution, and utilization of materials and equipment supplied to subcontractors.
• Verify the quality and quantity of materials and construction work per project specifications.
• Enforce accountability for the proper use and maintenance of supplied materials and equipment.
• Facilitate smooth communication between multidisciplinary teams to align on project goals and timelines.
• Review and approve contractor payment documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with completed work.
• Prepare progress reports and propose solutions for potential issues.
• Communicate and report to management, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
• Review and approve key project-related documents.
• Coordinate with teams, engineers, DOH and related entities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related fields.

• Possession of a professional engineering license (if applicable) is a plus.

• At least 4-8 years of experience in road construction projects or infrastructure projects.

• Experience in supervision and sub-contractor management is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and legal regulations related to road construction.

• Expertise in material and equipment management for large-scale construction projects.

• Ability to manage budgets and control project costs effectively.

• High-level leadership skills, capable of managing teams and contractors efficiently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

• Understanding of asphalt paving processes and construction quality inspection techniques.

• Able to relocate in any construction sites.

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project management software.
