A leading construction and development firm is seeking an Estimator to join its ICI Construction division. This role focuses on accurately preparing cost estimates for interior fit-out and new build construction projects, providing the foundation for successful project planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for interior fit-outs and new build construction projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine project scopes and budgets.
• Analyze bid documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to optimize cost efficiency.
• Support the bidding process and participate in pre-construction meetings as needed.

Skills and Experience:

• Construction Expertise: Demonstrated experience in estimating interior fit-out and new build construction projects from start to finish.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a construction estimating role with a focus on new build projects.
• Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
