Project Execution Engineer (C&I)

We are looking for a Project Execution Engineer – C&I Solar to manage and supervise the end-to-end execution of Commercial & Industrial solar projects . The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within the defined timeline and quality standards.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in solar EPC execution, electrical installation, site coordination, project planning, quality control, and client management , with the ability to resolve site-level challenges and drive projects toward successful commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities for solar projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
• Manage site materials, equipment, and logistics.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and site records.

Must Have

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
• Basic understanding of site execution and project coordination.
• Willingness to work and stay at remote project locations.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle site activities independently

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial rooftop, commercial rooftop, or captive solar projects.
• Exposure to Solar EPC projects.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety practices at project sites.
• Immediate availability to join.
