Project Execution Engineer - Contractual

Job Summary

To plan, coordinate, monitor, and execute end-to-end DOJO Centre infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion of civil, HVAC, electrical, networking, utilities, equipment installation, safety compliance, qualification, and project handover activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Execute the DOJO project as per the approved project plan, timelines,
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Monitor project milestones and escalate delays proactively.
• Ensure readiness for infrastructure, equipment installation, qualification, and Go-Live activities.

Infrastructure Management

• Supervise civil works including partitions, flooring, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, doors, and glass partitions.
• Ensure execution as per approved layout, drawings, and specifications.
• Validate work quality and closure of punch points.

HVAC & Clean Room Systems

• Coordinate installation of HVAC/VRV systems, ducting, AHUs, cassette units, and exhaust systems.
• Verify temperature, humidity, and ventilation requirements.
• Support HVAC testing, balancing, and commissioning activities.

Electrical & Utility Coordination

• Monitor electrical installations, cable routing, power distribution panels, UPS systems, and ear thing.
• Ensure availability of single-phase and three-phase power points as per equipment requirements.
• Coordinate networking and SCADA integration activities.
• Track utility readiness before equipment installation

Equipment Installation & Qualification

• Coordinate receipt, shifting, installation, and commissioning of equipment.
• Ensure utilities are available before installation.
• Coordinate IQ/OQ/FAT/SAT activities with vendors and users.
• Maintain equipment installation and qualification records.

Safety, Health & Environment (EHS)

• Conduct daily safety inspections at the project site.
• Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and safe work practices.
• Monitor permit-to-work activities.
• Report and investigate safety observations, near misses, and incidents.
• Contractor safety briefings.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, L&D, Procurement, IT, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate vendor meetings and review progress against commitments.
• Facilitate project review meetings and maintain MOMs.

Education & Experience

Essential:

• B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline
• Experience**:**
• 510 years of experience in project execution, facility setup, engineering projects, pharmaceutical plants, laboratories, training centres, or infrastructure projects.
