Project Executive (3 Months Contract)

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks dynamic, high-caliber and experienced professionals to join our Service Promotion Department. To strengthen Hong Kong's role as Asia's international business platform, we organise more than 30 world-class international trade fairs in Hong Kong each year.  These fairs, which cover various industries and sectors, create opportunities for companies to promote their products or services to buyers from all over the world.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist Project Managers in the overall planning and execution of programme
• Liaise and maintain good relations with sponsors, exhibitors, partners and stakeholders.
• Handle sponsor and exhibitor enquiries, coordinate RSVP arrangements, and provide onsite event and logistics support.
• Support sponsorship fulfilment and exhibitor services to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Undertake administrative duties as and when necessary

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in customer services/ project management/ event organizing would be advantageous
• Mature, meticulous, proactive, with teamwork spirits
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Willingness to work long hours to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• The contract period is from mid-November 2026 to early February 2027
