Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Executive & Support specialist to act as the primary bridge between our HRIS technology and our clients. This is a hands-on role where you will lead system implementations while providing expert daily support to ensure our users get the maximum value from their HR platform

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Delivery

·       Lead and manage full lifecycle of new customer implementation projects

·       Conduct kick-off meetings to align project timelines, milestones, and objectives with clients.

·       Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely project delivery.

2. Customer Onboarding & Relationship

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through system setup and onboarding.

·       Understand clients’ HR and payroll requirements, ensuring our solutions are well-aligned with their needs.

·       Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication throughout the entire client journey.

3. System Setup & Data Migration

·       Configure HR & Payroll systems in accordance with client requirements.

·       Support data import, validation, and migration processes to ensure accuracy and a smooth go-live.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase.

4. Training & User Support

·       Conduct engaging user training sessions (onsite or virtual), making the learning experience simple and effective.

·       Provide post-go-live support to ensure clients are confident and comfortable using the system.

·       Share best practices to help clients maximize the value of the software.

5. Continuous Improvement

·       Gather client feedback to continuously improve processes and product features.

·       Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Support teams to enhance project delivery and drive continuous improvement.
