Project Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Create reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare project documents, letters, and meeting minutes using Microsoft Word.
• Develop presentations and project updates using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Support the Project Manager in project execution and reporting.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and compliance with project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• 13 years of project coordination experience (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of MIS reporting and project tracking.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
