Project Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project Executive to support and assist in managing enterprise software development projects for external clients in a vendor environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring enterprise software development projects.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
• Support client communication and act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
• Familiarity with enterprise software development projects and vendor-client environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) will be an added advantage, but not a must.
