Project Executive

• Reporting to the Project HOD on-site activities, including schedule, design & delivery.

• Coordinate sub-con and workers for the renovation work to final hand over to the client.

• Ensuring the projects are carried out within budget, schedule, and quality expectations.

• Good knowledge of local code of compliance, building landlord requirements, etc. in order to prepare all necessary pre-site documents and permits to work.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the deliverables of the assigned projects conform to the schedule and the requirements of clients.

• Liaise with internal team/department eg Design and Commercial on related project matters

• Compliance with company QEHS policy and ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of project management experience with interior fit-out or building construction projects.

• Relevant qualifications within the building construction; Civil, Structural, Architectural, Interior Design, and Project Management or other related fields.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia ( Speaking and Writing), Local dialects would be an added advantage
