Project Executive

Super Bean International Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organised Project Executive who will be responsible for supporting the company’s business development and operational requirements through effective retail food outlet space planning, project management and site coordination.

The role will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning and quotation through to project completion and handover, while working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within budget and according to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, RFQ, design coordination, procurement, site supervision & handover.
• Visit sites and oversee setup and installation works ensuring quality, safety and timely completion
• Manage and coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure timelines are met
• Review and Manage fitout costs
• Advise Leasing department on technical requirements pertaining to new store sourcing
• Plan and manage store improvement and revamp work
• Work closely with operations team and relevant departments to ensure fitout works are efficiently carried out
• Provide technical support and training for both internal and overseas franchisees
• Support sourcing of materials, vendors and contractors as needed.
• Perform other job duties or projects as given by superior or management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Building, Construction, Interior Design, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in project management, facilities, renovation, construction or space planning.
• Experience managing renovation, upgrading, reinstatement or commercial projects will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of project planning, contractor management, quotation evaluation and site coordination.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with good documentation and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD or other space-planning software will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and make practical decisions to resolve project issues.
• Willing to travel between company premises, outlets, offices and project sites when required.
