About the role
Join the Project & Development Team as a Project Executive. You'll work closely with architects, consultants and the Project & Development Team, gaining hands-on exposure to real development projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Project & Development Team in coordinating projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and authorities
- Follow up on design matters, submissions and approvals
- Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding matters
- Prepare reports, project correspondence and maintain project documents and records
- Assist with project handover and completion
- Support the team in day-to-day project coordination
About you
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, Property Development or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property development, construction or project coordination
- Experience in dealing with consultants and government authorities will be an advantage
- Office-based role with occasional meetings/site visits
