About the role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Project Executive to support the planning and execution of new projects.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research, location surveys and site evaluations
- Assist in project planning and concept development
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, designers and other parties
- Source quotations and follow up on project costs and timelines
- Follow up on site works, setup and project progress
- Assist in pre-opening preparation and project launch
- Support other project-related tasks and future expansion
About you
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in project coordination / site setup is an advantage
- Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and follow up on tasks
- Willing to travel for site visits when required
- Possess own transport is an advantage
