Project Executive

Qualifications

-          Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

-          Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management.

-          Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

-          Highly adaptable with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

-          Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

-          Self-motivated with a strong passion for business.

-          Ability to manage unstructured activities beyond routine processes.

-          TOEIC 500 is plus

Roles and Responsibilities

-          Plan, execute, and manage technical projects from start to finish.

-          Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

-          Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.

-          Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into solutions.

-          Implement and enforce Agile methodologies (Scrum or similar) for efficient workflow.

-          Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely milestone delivery.

-          Oversee technical documentation, system requirements, and QA processes.

-          Foster collaboration, communication, and problem-solving across teams.

-          Provide project governance and oversight to ensure alignment with customer needs.

-          Manage day-to-day project operations to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.

-          Handle unstructured or ad-hoc tasks with flexibility.
