Project Executive

Our Project team in Hong Kong has an exciting new opportunity for an energetic individual to join us as a Project Executive. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in managing Office Administration hiring projects. Your daily routine at Adecco

• Supervise onsite operations at designated location & monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with various parties and stakeholders to ensure proper rollout of various initiatives.
• Support project manager in the smooth delivery of daily operation
• Recruitment and shortlisting of qualified candidates
• Coordinate and plan roster and conduct orientation/debriefing to new and existing staff members.
• Assist in the team’s other related duties.

Who we are looking for?

• Preferably 2 years experiences in project management, recruitment or staffing operational experience, candidate with less experiences will also be considered
• Able to work independently and under tight deadline with high attention to detail
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Willing to work at both office and other location in Hong Kong when needed
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered for the position of Senior Project Executive
