Project Executive

Key Responsibility:

Candidate will be responsible for handling and managing the Internal Control System (ICS) for organic farming projects and coordinating with farmers at the field level.

Main Duties:

• Manage and maintain ICS documentation and records
• Coordinate with farmers for organic certification compliance
• Conduct farmer meetings, trainings, and field visits
• Monitor organic farming practices as per standards
• Support farmer verification, inspection, and data collection
• Procurement of organic crops from ICS farmers and coordination for aggregation
• Ensure proper record keeping and reporting of field activities

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Agriculture preferred
• 2 - 5 years of experience in the organic farming field / organic projects will be preferred
• Candidates having experience in organic farming projects and ICS management will be given preference.
