PROJECT EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive who is proactive and skilled in land management and project development to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential land through market research and relationships with landowners
• Assess land value and provide recommendations to management for purchase purposes
• Conduct risk analysis and project ROI recommendations before the purchase process
• Manage the entire land purchase process with landowners
• Coordinate with company lawyers to ensure sales and purchase documents, agreements and power of attorney are complete and signed
• Oversee the land measurement process with the appointed Registered Surveyor
• Manage contractors for site cleaning and clearing work before the Sales & Marketing team begins sales
• Oversee the subdivision process with the Surveyor and Land Office
• Ensure all subdivision-related documents are complete and comply with legal requirements
• Provide subdivision process schedule and timeline and give regular updates to management

Requirements

• Experience in land management, real estate development or project management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to deal with landowners, lawyers, surveyors, Land Office and contractors
• Proactive, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Able to work independently and meet set timelines
