Project Executive

Responsibilities

·        Supervise and coordinate daily project and site activities.

·        Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, quality standards and schedules.

·        Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, clients and internal teams.

·        Monitor project progress and prepare basic reports and site records.

·        Verify material deliveries and monitor material usage.

·        Attend site meetings and discussions with clients when required.

·        Assist in resolving basic technical and site-related issues.

·        Maintain good communication and relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

·        Candidates with marketing or sales knowledge will have an added advantage, including supporting client engagement and identifying potential business opportunities.

·        Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.

·        Comfortable meeting and communicating with clients.

·        Willing to travel to project sites.

·        Interested in gaining exposure to both project execution and client/business development.
