About Us DCG Display & Design Co Ltd is a leading creative production and fabrication house. We specialize in turning design concepts into reality—from bespoke window displays and mall decorations to high-end retail signage and exhibition booths. We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Project Executive to join our team and act as the vital bridge between our clients and fabrication teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Client & Project Servicing: Acting as the primary account contact; managing day-to-day client communications, understanding project requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Production Coordination: Collaborating with designers, production workshops, and structural installers to oversee signage and display projects from initial concept development to on-site execution.

• Logistics & Budget Management: Managing project logistics, including material sourcing, vendor coordination, cost estimation, and budget control.

• On-site Supervision: Providing on-site support and supervision during installations and teardowns, ensuring strict quality control and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

• Project Evaluation: Conducting post-project evaluations, managing billing handovers, and providing insights for process improvement.

• Strategic Input: Contributing to technical fabrication solutions and innovative structural display ideas for upcoming pitches.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Degree or Diploma holder; educational background in Engineering or Communications is highly preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese is essential; good command of English and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Relevant Experience: Proven experience in account servicing, project coordination, signage production, retail display installation, or a similar field.
• Key Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tight fabrication deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with corporate clients, internal design teams, and production vendors.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong creative problem-solving abilities on-site.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of local display production materials (acrylic, metal, wood, digital print) and relevant safety regulations for on-site installations.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
