Project Executive

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants on project design, planning and technical requirements.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and consultants to ensure timely submission, approval and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and construction works to ensure completion within the approved budget, contract value and scheduled timeline.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure meet quality standards and specifications.
• Attend project meetings, follow up on outstanding matters and provide updates to management.
• Perform any other duties or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Management.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Property Development, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel when required.
