Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Project Executive to oversee a portfolio of large-scale Heavy Civil and infrastructure projects, providing executive-level oversight, client relationship management, and strategic direction to project teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established general contractor, dominating and expanding in the northeast!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and Senior Project Managers, ensuring performance against budget, schedule, and quality goals.
• Serve as the senior client-facing representative for major accounts and public agencies.
• Drive business development and maintain relationships with owners, agencies, and industry partners.
• Review project financials, risk exposure, and margin performance across the portfolio.
• Support proposal strategy and major pursuit efforts.
• Mentor and develop project leadership talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction, including multi-project oversight.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex public and private infrastructure programs.
• Strong executive presence and client relationship skills.
