Project Executive

About the role

Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of housing development projects. Coordinate with relevant departments, consultants, contractors, government agencies and other stakeholders in relation to project activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of housing development projects.
• Coordinate with relevant departments, consultants, contractors, government agencies and other stakeholders in relation to project activities.
• Monitor project progress, documentation, schedules and deliverables to ensure projects are carried out effectively.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports, correspondence, meeting minutes and other relevant documentation.
• Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring project works and site progress, where required.
• Assist in coordinating technical, administrative and operational matters related to ongoing development projects.
• Perform research, data collection and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities related to project management as assigned by the management from time to time.

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in project management role (preferred).
• Strong project coordination, communication & documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask & work under minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel & attend site visits when required.
• Experience in housing development / government-related projects is an advantage.
