Project Executive

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing on-ground marketing activations and events
• Coordinate closely with internal team members, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution
• Support project timelines, logistics, and on-site setup
• Work collaboratively as a team player to deliver high-quality campaign outcomes
• Assist in post-event reporting and documentation
• Ensure all executions align with client expectations and brand standards

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in events, activations, or marketing (fresh grads welcome)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Positive attitude, proactive, and a strong team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Willing to travel and work weekends when required
