Project Executive

We are looking for a Project Executive to support the execution of the NOLAN AI project. This role is responsible for end-to-end project execution and ensuring smooth operations, and maintain output quality.

Job description:

1. Project Coordination & Execution

● Support day-to-day execution of the NOLAN workflow

● Coordinate between Account and Tech teams to ensure timelines are met

● Track progress across different stages (data input, prompting, QC, delivery)

2. Content & Data Handling

● Support sourcing and organizing video assets

● Assist in filtering and validating usable content

● Ensure product information and tagging are aligned and accurate

3. Prompting & Output Management

● Support prompt execution based on defined guidelines (per SKU / per content angle)

● Work with the team to generate demo and mass outputs

● Monitor output quality and flag issues when needed

4. Quality Control (QC)

● Follow QC checklist to review video outputs

● Ensure outputs meet brand requirements and internal standards

● Coordinate revisions and improvements with the team

5. Process Optimization

● Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements

● Support documentation of workflow and best practices

● Assist in tracking performance and efficiency (e.g. output quality, turnaround time)

Requirement:

● Proficient in English.

● Passionate about social outreach and have basic understanding of content production / social content / video formats

● Detail-oriented, especially when handling large volumes of content

● Comfortable working with tools, platforms, and structured workflows

● Able to perform effectively under pressure and manage challenging, fast-paced projects.

● Strong listening skills and growth mindset.

● Effective team player with clear, proactive communication with internal teams.
