Project Executive

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive company profitability to meet both short-term and long-term goals.
• Identify potential customers and craft compelling presentations to effectively market our products to prospective clients.
• Analyse competitors' strategies and develop dynamic pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet customer demands.
• Take ownership of project management, including project planning, resource management, site supervision, cost analysis, quality control and risk management.

JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred, with 5 years and above of relevant experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Ability to seamlessly transition between sales, marketing, and project management roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is essential.
• Must have own transportation and be willing to travel, especially to East Malaysia.
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation are critical.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Having working experience in the Marketing field will be an added advantage.
• Capable of working under pressure during emergency situations.
• Ability to work outside regular hours, especially during urgent tasks or tenders.
