Key responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

• Manage the full cycle of corporate gift and promotional merchandise projects, from initial concept to final delivery
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure smooth, on-time, and within-budget execution
• Prepare creative proposals, quotations, and coordinate project logistics

Client & Vendor Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing customized gifting solutions
• Liaise with factories and suppliers (mainly in Mainland China) for product sourcing, price negotiation, and production schedule management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and assist in expanding the supplier network

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Oversee quality control (QC) processes to ensure all products meet strict client specifications and safety standards
• Assist with IP licensing contract management and ensure production compliance for IP collaboration projects
• Conduct problem-solving and manage any production or delivery contingencies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with internal design, sales, and marketing teams on product development and workflow optimization
• Assist in organizing and executing on-site gifting events (e.g., LiveGift) and brand expansion campaigns

Requirements:

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Relevant experience in project management, merchandising, or the corporate premium/gifting industry will be an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
