About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to coordinate ongoing projects and support future product development.

Working closely with management, suppliers, technical teams and business partners, you will help turn product ideas and business requirements into practical plans, track progress and follow through on deliverables. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys learning about new products, solving problems and keeping projects moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, monitor progress and follow up on tasks to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, developers and business partners on requirements, schedules and deliverables.
• Assist in new product development, including market research, product comparisons, supplier sourcing and sample evaluation.
• Help prepare product specifications, project schedules, meeting minutes and progress reports.
• Coordinate product and software testing, record issues and follow up on improvements and corrective actions.
• Support product launch preparations, including user manuals, packaging, product information and related documentation.
• Identify potential delays and project issues, report them to management and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Support other product development and project-related assignments as required.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Product Development or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, product development, sourcing or a related role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership of tasks from start to completion.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in coordinating with internal and external parties.
• Interest in technology, consumer electronics and new product development.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience working with manufacturers or suppliers in Mainland China is an advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic products, software projects, product testing or production coordination is an advantage.
