Project Executive

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Projects Executive to manage and execute corporate healthcare screening projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute healthcare screening projects after client confirmation.
• Arrange manpower, equipment, logistics, and procurement requirements.
• Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external vendors (e.g. Audiometry, X-ray services).
• Oversee and participate in onsite screenings and healthcare events.
• Lead and coordinate a small onsite team.
• Follow up on client requirements, screening dates, namelists, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare billing summaries and project records.
• Send reminders for recurring annual screening programmes.
• Identify opportunities to upsell healthcare services during onsite engagements.
• Handle ad-hoc operational issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Healthcare, Operations, or related fields.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working both in-office and onsite.
• Healthcare operations experience is an advantage.
• Candidates with blood-taking, vaccination, or audiometry skills will be highly preferred.
• Willing to be hands-on and support screening operations when required.
