Project Executive

PROJECT EXECUTIVE — M&E (ACMV & ELECTRICAL)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Project Executive with M&E knowledge and strong coordination skills to support our ACMV and electrical projects.

The role involves office and site work, coordinating project requirements, maintaining accurate records and following up closely to ensure actions are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

Project coordination

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, main contractors, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on daily project requirements.

Drawings and technical coordination

Read and understand M&E drawings, including electrical single-line diagrams, lighting and power layouts, ACMV layouts and installation details. Identify discrepancies and raise technical queries to the project team for clarification.

Planning and follow-up

Maintain project schedules, action lists and trackers. Follow up on outstanding drawings, submissions, approvals, materials and site activities. Highlight delays and issues early.

Submissions and document control

Prepare, organise and track drawing submissions, material submissions, method statements, risk assessments, permit applications and other project documents with the relevant team members. Maintain proper filing and revision records.

Materials and delivery coordination

Coordinate material requirements, purchase requests and deliveries. Check descriptions, quantities and delivery dates against project requirements and approved submissions.

Site coordination

Attend site meetings, inspections and coordination sessions. Record instructions and action items clearly, confirm responsibilities and follow through to completion.

Work readiness

Coordinate site access, permits, approved drawings, materials and manpower arrangements before scheduled works. Escalate missing approvals or unresolved issues to the project manager.

Progress reporting

Prepare accurate progress updates, photographs, meeting records and outstanding-work lists. Keep the project team informed of current status and upcoming deadlines.

Commercial and handover support

Maintain records of additional works and instructions for the QS team. Assist with inspection records, testing reports, as-built drawings, O&M manuals and handover documents.

Requirements

Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management or equivalent practical experience.

Working knowledge of M&E installations, particularly ACMV and electrical systems.

Able to read and interpret technical drawings and relate them to actual site conditions.

Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.

Detail-oriented and organised, with accurate documentation and good control of deadlines.

Able to manage several tasks, prioritise urgent matters and report issues promptly.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PDF tools. AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Relevant experience in construction, M&E contracting, A&A or commercial projects is preferred.

Responsible, proactive and able to work independently and closely with the team.

Working Arrangements

Work at the company office and project sites across Singapore.

May be required to support night works, weekend or public-holiday works and urgent site activities, depending on project requirements.
