Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Project Executive to manage commercial interior and managed workspace fit-out projects from planning through handover. The ideal candidate is a strong coordinator with an ownership mindset, able to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, quality delivery.

• Execute commercial interior and workspace fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
• Track project progress, timelines, site readiness, quality, and execution milestones.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, internal teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
• Identify and resolve on-site execution challenges through timely follow-ups.
• Maintain quality standards across all phases of project execution.
• Support project documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder updates.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial interiors, fit-out projects, coworking, or managed office spaces.
• Strong site coordination and vendor-management experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• A go-getter with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Street-smart, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving project and business requirements
