PROJECT EXECUTIVE (CONSTRUCTION)

OB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, correspondence, and filing records.
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for approvals and project coordination.
• Monitor site work progress, support project execution, and assist in resolving technical or operational issues.
• Ensure project activities comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
• Coordinate project meetings, progress updates, and tracking activities.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project execution, engineering, or coordination roles within the construction industry.
• Familiar with government liaison processes and project documentation handling.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in project coordination and reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is an advantage.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
