Job Description

The Project Executive provides senior leadership and overall accountability for projects within a specific market sector, owning client relationships, financial performance, and delivery. Multiple openings are available in Dallas across healthcare, advanced manufacturing, corporate interiors, and government work — we're seeking proven leaders with deep experience in one or more of these sectors.

Select Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and accountability for projects within your market sector
• Own client relationships and serve as the senior point of contact for owners and partners
• Drive financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability across projects
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to Project Managers and field leadership
• Oversee project strategy, staffing, risk management, and quality and safety performance
• Support preconstruction, buyout, and business development within the sector
• Represent the company in executive-level meetings and strategic planning

Ideal Candidate

• Extensive construction leadership experience at a Project Executive or senior PM level
• Deep sector expertise in one or more of: healthcare, advanced manufacturing, corporate interiors, or government/public work
• Proven ability to own client relationships and drive project profitability
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and business development skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Base salary starting from $180K+, depending on experience and sector
