Project Executive - Data Center

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Data Center Project Executive to lead critical infrastructure projects from inception through delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing complex, high-value data center construction projects across North America—the kind of work that defines enterprise infrastructure.

You'll manage projects ranging from $50M to $200M+, leading cross-functional teams through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Your focus: delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the exacting standards our clients demand.

What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery for marquee data center and mission-critical facilities
• Lead and mentor project controls, engineering, and construction teams (typically 20–50+ personnel)
• Own project profitability, budget management, change orders, and risk mitigation
• Partner with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners to maintain alignment and drive problem-solving
• Champion quality, safety, and compliance across all project phases
• Develop and present project status and strategic recommendations to leadership
• Identify and capture new opportunities within existing client relationships

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of experience delivering large-scale construction projects (data center, industrial, or mission-critical preferred)
• Track record managing projects $50M+ in size
• Strong P&L ownership and budget management discipline
• Proven leadership of large teams in complex, fast-paced environments
• Deep understanding of data center systems, mechanical/electrical coordination, and construction sequencing
• Excellent stakeholder management—clients, partners, and internal teams
• PMP, PE, or equivalent credentials a plus
• Based in or willing to relocate to key markets (Phoenix, Dallas, Charlotte, Northern Virginia, or Bay Area)
