Project Executive (Event Production & Fabrication)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate event and exhibition projects from production through installation and dismantling (Bump-in & Bump-out).
• Plan and coordinate factory production, including carpentry, large-format printing, painting and finishing works.
• Liaise with carpenters, production staff and external subcontractors (AV, lighting, metal, acrylic, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical drawings, verify dimensions and conduct site measurements when required.
• Coordinate with venues, organisers and clients on site access, permits, Risk Assessment (RA), Work-at-Height (WAH) requirements and other project documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, production progress and costs to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Supervise on-site installation works, ensure workmanship and safety standards, and resolve site issues promptly.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends, when required by project schedules.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Interior Design, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in event production, exhibition fabrication, fit-out or related industries.
• Able to read AutoCAD and technical drawings.
• Hands-on knowledge of carpentry, fabrication, large-format printing or event structures will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore event venues and permit submission procedures is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and production team.
