Project Executive - Investor Communications & Reporting

At Finar, we are looking for a Project Executive to manage corporate reporting and investor communications projects, including annual reports, interim reports, investor presentations, and IPO communications.

In this role, you will coordinate clients and Finar’s strategy, content, design, and production teams, manage project timelines and information flows, and ensure that multiple workstreams are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage annual reports, interim reports, investor presentations, IPO communications, and related investor communications projects from kick-off through delivery,
• Act as the main project contact between clients and Finar,
• Track project scope, timelines, deliverables, revisions, and action items,
• Coordinate the timely collection of financial, corporate, and strategic information from clients,
• Coordinate Finar’s internal strategy, content, design, and other specialist teams,
• Manage meetings, feedback cycles, and revision processes,
• Identify potential risks, delays, and dependencies and address them proactively,
• Ensure all project outputs are delivered in line with agreed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in project coordination, project management, or client relationship management,
• Ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders simultaneously,
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills,
• Confidence in working with financial and corporate content,
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining a clear view of the overall project,
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset,
• Experience or strong interest in corporate reporting, investor relations, capital markets, corporate communications, or related fields,
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.

Experience working with listed companies, investor relations teams, annual reporting, or capital markets communications will be considered a strong advantage.

Candidates who successfully pass the initial screening stage will participate in an interview conducted partly in English.
