Project Executive (Kapar)

Key Responsibility:

1. To assist Sales Team in quotation, performa Invoice, other documentation relevant tasks.

2. To prepare tender document

3. Attend to all customers enquiries (email & phone) and ensure all enquiries are response on time.

4. Prepare & follow up marketing material (tools) for sales team.

5. To assist Sales General Manager in generating relevant reports & analysis.

6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure order accuracy and delivery( Logistic, Production & other department)

7. Present the product and service in structured professional way ( after familiar all product knowledge)

8.Compiling a monthly report on the consignment inventory and following up with sales representatives to retrieve samples that need to be returned.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Malay.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with AI tools for generating reports and content.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu (XHS).
