About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Executive with a strong Mechanical Engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a few years of field experience.

This role requires good technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage engineering activities from planning through execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in field projects.
• Coordinate engineering design, procurement, fabrication, and installation activities
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and technical submissions
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of working experience in engineering projects
• Experience in Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) / HVAC systems is an advantage
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, fabrication, and installation processes
• Ability to read Technical Drawings
• Good project management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
