Job Description

The Project Executive provides senior leadership and overall accountability for mission-critical and data center projects, owning client relationships, financial performance, and delivery across one or more projects. This is a top-level operations role for a proven leader who can mentor project teams, win trust with owners, and drive complex work to successful completion.

Select Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and accountability for mission-critical/data center projects
• Own client relationships and serve as the senior point of contact for owners and partners
• Drive financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability across projects
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to Project Managers and field leadership
• Oversee project strategy, staffing, risk management, and quality and safety performance
• Support preconstruction, buyout, and operational planning on complex pursuits
• Represent the company in executive-level meetings and strategic planning

Ideal Candidate

• Extensive construction leadership experience, with a strong track record on mission-critical or data center projects
• Experience leading teams and multiple projects at a Project Executive or senior PM level
• Proven ability to own client relationships and drive project profitability
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and business development skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Base salary starting at $180K++, depends on experience
