We are partnered with a confidential, growing General Contractor expanding its Mission Critical and Data Center division across the US.

They are looking for an experienced Project Executive to lead major hyperscale and mission-critical projects valued at $100M–$500M+.

The Opportunity

• Provide senior leadership from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project strategy, financial performance, schedule and delivery.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents and wider teams.
• Build strong relationships with owners, clients, consultants and trade partners.
• Drive risk management, problem-solving and overall project performance.
• Support the continued growth of the Mission Critical division.

What They're Looking For

• 15+ years construction management experience.
• 5+ years mission-critical/data center experience.
• Proven delivery of $100M–$500M+ projects.
• Hyperscale, colocation or enterprise data center experience.
• Strong MEP, commercial and project leadership knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams.
