Project Executive (Product Development)

About the Job:

• Merchandising Strategy & Planning: Formulate end-to-end product launch strategies for concerts and artiste IP releases, including assortment mix, retail pricing, demand forecasting, inventory volume, baseline P&L projections, and market trend analysis;
• Vendor Sourcing & Contract Negotiation: Source and evaluate certified manufacturers; negotiate costings, payment terms, procurement contracts, and warehouse delivery schedules;
• Product Development & Creative Coordination: Oversee end-to-end sample development from initial concept to master sample approval; collaborate closely with internal designers, concert production teams, and artiste management to translate creative IP into commercial products; coordinate e-commerce product photoshoots and basic retouching;
• Production Control & Quality Assurance: Track mass production milestones, conduct QC sampling inspections, manage return protocols, and enforce SKU and packaging compliance;
• Operations & Campaign Execution: Manage procurement budgets, verify contracts, process vendor payments, and execute social media promotional campaigns to drive merchandise sales conversions;
• Execute ad-hoc merchandising, event-onsite retail setup, or cross-functional projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,or related disciplines with 5+ years of solid end-to-end product development experience in Concert Merchandise, Artiste IP, K-Pop/Pop Culture Goods, Collectibles, or Gift & Premium sectors;
• Strong passion for the entertainment, pop culture, and artiste management industry; possesses a sharp creative mindset to transform artiste IP and event concepts into appealing commercial merchandise;
• Proven track record in sourcing compliant factories, managing production schedules, QA/QC sampling, and negotiating supplier terms;
• Outstanding interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills; adept at pitching ideas and working smoothly with artiste management teams;
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
