Project Executive (Property Development)

Job Purpose

The Project Executive is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of property development and construction projects to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, according to approved specifications and in compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative measurement, Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and project budgets.

• Assist in preparation of tender documentation, analyse tender submissions, and preparation of tender evaluation report, and recommendation papers.

• Track project expenditures and prepare cost reports for management.

• Maintain the master project programme.

• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.

• Liaise and Coordinate with Authorities, Consultants, Contractors, on planning, building, engineering and infrastructure approvals.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property management or a related field
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, QS, Construction Management, Architecture, Property Development, Project Management, Building/Construction-related discipline
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Authorities, Supplier, Consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practice
