Project Executive (Remote/Work From Home)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Executive to expand and manage our vending machine (VM) network. You will source new placement locations, negotiate with property partners, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by coordinating between management, suppliers, vendors, and property management teams.

Core Responsibilities:

Location Sourcing & Negotiation

• Source and identify new VM placement locations (malls and other high-traffic venues).
• Negotiate placement terms with property owners and managers.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the main liaison between:

  • Ultifresh management
  • Suppliers (Indonesian resellers, including monthly billing from mall partners)
  • Vendors (third parties handling technical machine setup and restocking)
  • Property management (mall PICs and finance teams)

Doing Operational Task

• Monitor the day-to-day performance and status of all operating machines.
• Handle operational tasks: billing, restock coordination, and collecting payments from vendors for every sale made through the VMs.
• Onsite visits (only when required).

Requirements

• Based in Jabodetabek (a must)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic English proficiency
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track billing and operations accurately
• Self-starter who can work independently and stay accountable in a remote setup
