What You’ll Do:

• Customer-Centric Approach: Understand customer requirements, translate them into actionable project briefs, and liaise with team members.
• Pricing and Quoting: Learn the art of pricing for standard and custom projects with high attention to detail.
• Coordination: Orchestrate seamless teamwork between designers, estimators, production teams, and installation experts to bring projects to life.
• Execution & Feedback: Monitor project progress, handle coordination on-site when needed, and ensure a smooth delivery process.

Skills and Experience:

• Background: Open to graduates from any discipline or individuals with experience in related industries (such as retail, production, or events) who are looking to change their career path.
• Design Proficiency: Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required. You should be comfortable reading technical drawings or preparing visual briefs.
• Technical Advantage: Knowledge of other design or 3D software is a plus and will be considered a distinct advantage.
• IT Literacy: Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation tools) to support project tracking and client proposals.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English, Cantonese (廣東話), and Mandarin (普通話) to communicate effectively with our clients and China-based production teams.
