Project Executive/ Senior coordinator

• Manage assigned projects.
• Coordinate between clients and the internal team.
• Attend meetings to gather client requirements and information in order to develop and present project proposals, negotiate terms, and assist in problem-solving.
• Coordinate, source, supervise, and manage third-party contractors, service providers, talents, equipment, and venues required for project execution—ensuring operations, costs, and quality meet the defined conditions.
• Research relevant information required for project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute projects in line with the project timeline.
• Monitor projects to ensure they proceed according to plan—attend meetings to follow up on progress, report updates, and track tasks assigned.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to support project implementation.
• Oversee all operational steps involved in the project, ensuring readiness, and proactively resolving any issues that may arise during execution.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in basic computer programs such as MS Office and internet applications.
• Capable of managing work, teams, time, and budgets effectively.
• High sense of responsibility and enthusiastic in work.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly in unexpected situations.
