Project Executive/ Senior Executive

About the role

This role oversees the overall event and ticketing operations while supporting the team to deliver a successful event.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee event operational planning and execution, from pre, on site to post event
• Manage ticketing matters including setup and day-to-day, liaison with ticketing agents and partners, handle customer relationship management
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support and ensure a successful end-to-end delivery of the event within the allocated timeframe
• Manage and monitor allocated budget and spending
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirement

• Diploma or better from an accredited polytechnic or university, preferably in Events Management or a related field
• Proven experience in live entertainment, events or related industry is preferred
• Familiar with AutoCAD and relevant software is highly desired
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and multi-task, managing multiple priorities across concurrent events, teams and timelines
• Meticulous, organised, proactive, highly adaptable
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends
• Able to travel when required
