Project Executive / Senior Project Executive

Job Highlights

We are seeking a responsible and detail-driven (Senior) Project Executive who will take charge of all outdoor media projects under POAD, including street-level LEDs, creative outdoor advertising executions and rooftop harbour signages. You will manage start-to-end project timelines, draft & review vendor agreements and bridge communications with both external and internal parties.

Job Responsibilities

• Site Inspection, External Connection & Technician Liaison: Conduct physical on-site visits with technicians & contractors, including access to building rooftops. Collaborate directly with LED suppliers, structural engineers and construction contractors to align on scope of work specifications, manage project costs, and lead commercial negotiations.
• Project Planning & Timeline Management: Draft and maintain detailed start-to-end project timelines, including milestone tracking to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of work
• Service & Project Agreements Preparation: Draft, review and finalize vendor contracts and service agreements accurately to safeguard company’s interest
• Internal coordination & Liaison with Inter-Departments: Work and communicate closely and effectively between internal stakeholders including Business Development and Operations teams to facilitate smooth cross-department communication and project execution

• A highly responsible and accountable person with a strong sense of ownership
• A bold and extroverted candidate who is confident in negotiating with, driving contractors and vendors to hit strict deadlines
• Clear written & verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Degree holder or above in business administration, management, engineering or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience; candidates with engineering or operations background would be an advantage
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
