We’re looking for a Project Executive or Senior Project Executive who can lead projects end-to-end, manage stakeholders with confidence, and bring bold ideas to life with precision.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple events and campaigns
• Manage client expectations, timelines, budgets, and project risks
• Oversee both planning (pre-event) and on-site execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Ensure all deliverables align with creative vision, timeline, and budget
• Take ownership of on-site show calling and overall event execution
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

What You Need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event or experiential project management
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience managing corporate / B2B events
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site and handle real-time challenges under pressure
• **Experience working with vendors (**production, venue, catering, talent, etc.)
