Job Description : Project Executive QS/ID

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT EXECUTIVE

• Preparing BQ based on Schedule of Rate (SOR), taking off quantity, claim preparation, site valuation, variation orders, and final account.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Preparing pre-construction document such as work programmed, MOS, HIRARC, Material approval form, PTW and other related doc.
• Assisting in liaising with stakeholders on specifications, needs, and request statements, information collection, and confirmation.
• To assist the Project Team, Management, and/or the Project Director in contractual and cost-related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in either ID/QS.
• At least 1 years of working experience in either ID/QS.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Basic beginner skills in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD will be an added advantage
• A team player with the ability to interact at all levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
