Project Facilities Manager

Position Overview:

As a Facilities and Projects Manager at Dr. Paws, you will be responsible for overseeing new clinic setups, renovation projects, and facility management across our clinics. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all facilities are safe, functional, well-maintained, and delivered within planned timelines and budgets.

You will play a key role in coordinating with vendors, managing procurement, supervising on-site execution, and collaborating with internal teams to meet infrastructure requirements. This position combines project management, vendor management, facility maintenance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of new clinic setup and renovation projects.
• Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and site supervision to ensure timelines and quality
• standards are met.
• Handle facility maintenance across clinics ensuring all locations are safe, functional, and well-
• maintained.
• Coordinate with internal teams for space planning, equipment installation, and infrastructure needs.
• Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for facility improvement and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in facilities management, project coordination, or infrastructure maintenance.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of procurement, budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, civil, and interior maintenance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage on-site activities.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations as required.
