Locations: Arkansas | Michigan | Illinois | Indiana
Competitive Base Salary + Per Diem | Major National Solar EPC
We are partnering with one of the most established construction companies in the United States as they continue to expand their Utility-Scale Solar operations nationwide.
As part of this growth, we are looking to speak with ambitious Project Engineers and Field Engineers interested in joining major renewable energy construction projects across the US, with immediate opportunities across Arkansas, Michigan, Illinois and Indiana.
These are project-based positions, so you do not need to currently live in these states. If you're comfortable travelling or relocating to the project for its duration, we'd be interested in speaking with you.

Working directly alongside site leadership, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring construction activities are completed correctly and efficiently. Responsibilities will typically include:
- Supporting daily field construction activities
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and installation requirements
- Coordinating with Superintendents, subcontractors and craft teams
- Tracking quantities, production and construction progress
- Identifying and helping resolve field engineering issues
- Supporting QA/QC inspections and documentation
- Assisting with site logistics, materials and work planning
- Ensuring work complies with project specifications and safety requirements
Why Consider It?
This is an opportunity to build your career with a large, nationally established EPC and one of the most established construction businesses in the USA, while gaining experience delivering major renewable energy infrastructure.
Successful candidates will receive a competitive base salary alongside project per diem, with the opportunity to develop their careers across a substantial national pipeline of utility-scale solar projects.
We're interested in candidates with construction, engineering or renewable energy experience, as well as individuals earlier in their careers who have the technical foundation and ambition to develop within large-scale construction.
