• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making and project performance evaluation.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide financial guidance and ensure cost control.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant A Successful Project Finance Manager Should Have

• A strong background in project accounting and finance, preferably from property and construction background.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience in managing project budgets and financial forecasting.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
